Dubai-born international model, entrepreneur, and founder of the talent agency ANT Management. Raised in the UAE with Indian and Russian roots, Anita began her journey in the fashion industry at a young age and quickly developed a strong passion for modeling, talent management, and brand building.

In 2022, Anita launched ANT Management with an initial investment of AED 10,000, turning her vision into one of Dubai’s rapidly growing talent agencies within just a few years. What started as a small independent venture grew into a profitable business representing models, creatives, and talent across the fashion and entertainment industries.

As a professional model herself, Anita understood the challenges and opportunities within the industry firsthand. This experience allowed her to build a company focused not only on representation, but also on professionalism, creativity, and long-term career growth for talent. Her goal has always been to create an international platform that connects talent with major brands, productions, and global opportunities.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Anita has continued to establish herself internationally as a fashion model, working with agencies in Dubai, New York, and Manila. Standing at 5’11”, she has been featured in editorials, campaigns, runway projects, and commercial productions while continuing to expand her presence globally.
